He and his wife, Kiara Advani, welcomed a baby girl in July of this year. Malhotra described this new phase as “life-altering,” highlighting a deepened respect for women and their strength.
At the We The Women Asia event in Mumbai, actor Sidharth discussed the profound impact of fatherhood on his life perspective. He highlighted his daughter, Sarayaah, referring to her as a “princess of God,” a name of Hebrew origin. Sidharth humorously remarked on his experiences of losing many arguments to his infant daughter, underscoring the unique bond and emotional connection they share. The announcement of her name was creatively done with a pair of white socks, symbolizing joy and fulfillment in their family.
He emphasized the remarkable qualities of his wife and daughter, referring to his daughter as a “superstar” and his wife as a “superhero.” He described the experience of witnessing Kiara’s pregnancy and childbirth as eye-opening, noting that while men often discuss courage and strength, it is women who truly embody these qualities when they become mothers. He acknowledged the challenges Kiara faced, including hormonal and physical changes, and praised her dedication in caring for their child, Saraayah.
Sidharth described his home life as a “hierarchy of love,” stating that his daughter Saraayah has become the “superstar” of the household and that his wife is the “superhero.” He expressed that the presence of his daughter has instilled a sense of calm and purpose in his life, helping him recognize the importance of family over work and fame.
The couple, married in February 2023, welcomed their daughter at Reliance Hospital in Mumbai on July 15, announcing her arrival the following day through a heartfelt post on Instagram.
After much speculation, Sidharth and Kiara have announced their daughter’s name. On Friday, through a joint post on Instagram, the couple shared, “From our prayers, to our arms 🙏 our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah Malhotra ✨🙏❤️🧿.”
