Fossils rock Siliguri as Yaari Jam draws electrifying turnout

Siliguri came alive with music and energy as iconic Bengali rock band Fossils headlined the House of McDowell’s Soda Yaari Jam, delivering a high-voltage performance that left thousands of fans enthralled. Produced and promoted by TribeVibe Entertainment, the show turned into a vibrant celebration of live music and shared spirit.

The crowd erupted as the band performed some of their most loved tracks, including “Hasnuhana”, “Aro Ekbar”, “Bishakto Manush”, “Neel Rong Bhishon Priyo” and “Ekla Ghor”. Each song became a collective anthem, blending nostalgia with soaring rock intensity. Speaking about the show, Fossils said, “Siliguri was incredible. When the audience sings every word back to you, it creates a connection that’s hard to put into words. It’s a night we’ll always remember.”

Shoven Shah, Founder and CEO of TribeVibe Entertainment, said the response reaffirmed that impactful live experiences are not limited to metro cities. Varun Koorichh, Vice President and Portfolio Head, Marketing, Diageo India, said House of McDowell’s Soda Yaari Jam — India’s largest branded music IP — plans to expand to 15 cities this year, targeting over 1,00,000 consumers. The strong turnout underlines Siliguri’s growing prominence as a key live entertainment market in North Bengal. Rising youth engagement and improved event infrastructure are positioning the city as an emerging hub for branded music tours and large-scale cultural events.
