 Have a healthy and balanced diet and pay attention to how you feel after eating different foods. You should change your sleeping habits and wait three hours after a meal to go to bed. Finally, you should identify sources of relief such as antacid medications. In case of any symptoms of acidity, it is best to see your doctor.
