Flipkart supercharges loyalty with upgraded ‘Plus’ programme, boosts value shopping with supercoins

Flipkart has rolled out a major upgrade to its loyalty initiative, unveiling the revamped ‘Flipkart Plus’ programme that promises deeper savings and smarter shopping. At the core of the update is the use of SuperCoins—Flipkart’s rewards currency—which now unlock an additional 5% discount across the platform’s wide selection of products.

Unlike traditional paid memberships, Flipkart Plus remains free, offering benefits such as early access to major sale events, bonus bank offers, and surprise ‘Plus Treats’ like gift cards and coupons worth ₹50 and above. Customers can become Plus Silver members by making 10 purchases in a year, while 20 purchases unlock Plus Gold with enhanced rewards. “Flipkart Plus aims at delivering unmatched value every single day,” said Rahat Patel, Vice President – Loyalty, Flipkart. “Our most engaged shoppers enjoy consistent savings and perks that elevate the shopping experience.”
