These features help sellers make informed decisions based on consumer insights, buying behavior, and market trends. The rewards platform improves transparency and accountability, while the fulfillment support and speed initiatives reduce costs and improve delivery speed.
The seller support experience guidance feature offers access to multimedia content in various languages on dashboards, and the user interface has been revamped with smart logic. Video commerce enhances visibility, engagement, and product showcases across various formats.
