Garima Saikia Garg, the widow of celebrated musician Zubeen Garg, has lodged a formal complaint against Sikha Sarma for allegedly posting offensive comments about the late singer on social media. The complaint, filed with the Crime Branch of Guwahati police on Monday morning, cites multiple derogatory statements made by Sarma on Facebook that are said to damage Zubeen Garg’s reputation. In a related context, it is noteworthy that the Zubeen Garg Fan Club has also filed a similar FIR at the Dispur Police Station in Guwahati, indicating a growing concern among fans regarding the negative portrayal of the deceased artist.
