FGII initiate an insurance awareness campaign for college going youth in Sikkim

Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) has launched an insurance awareness campaign for college-going youth in Sikkim. The primary aim of the initiative was to create awareness and educate the youth on the importance of insurance in securing the future and to achieve financial independence. The campaign aimed to provide a holistic view of insurance.

The insurance awareness campaign, ‘INSURANCE: LIKE A TRUSTED FRIEND, THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT’, aims to improve understanding of insurance products among youth, who are increasingly influencing their families’ financial. The program aims to raise youth awareness about insurance products and services, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future. Ruchika Malhan Varma, Chief Marketing Officer, Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. said, “At Future Generali, we remain committed to delivering accessible, affordable, and inclusive products to both Bharat and India, fostering a secure future for all.”

The campaign began on March 18 and lasted a week, aimed to highlight the increasing significance of insurance in the current financial landscape, covering five colleges in Gangtok, including SRM University, Sikkim Manipal University, Harkamaya College of Education, Damber Singh College and Nar Bahadur Bhandari College.
