Heavy rainfall in Dibrugarh disrupted many places of the district. Since last 4/5 days there has been hailstorm in many parts of state.
To reports, places of Dibrugarh have disrupted a lot, big trees were uprooted, and electricity poles fell down, roads are blocked due to falling down of trees.
