Veerhealth Care Ltd, a company specializing in ayurvedic, herbal, and personal care products, has received an export order from East Africa worth 1.36 crore for Fresh Up Red Gel Toothpaste from M/s. Vision Lmpex Limited in Uganda, expected to be executed within three months.
The order is in addition to a contract signed in June 2023 to supply the “WHIDENT” toothpaste range to North West African countries like Morocco and Casablanca. The company is aiming to increase its export market presence and sales by manufacturing and exporting various types of toothpaste to East African countries.
The company has approved a bonus share allotment and announced a 1:1 bonus issue. It has successfully turned around its business operations in FY23 and is now ready for growth. The company offers over 100 herbal and ayurvedic products in various sectors. It completed a Rs. 5.9 crore preferential issue to fund expansion plans. The company’s e-commerce platform, ‘Ayuveer’, is gaining traction in both domestic and export markets. Clients include Dava India, Gracious Pharma, Babuline Pharma, Graciera Pharma, and Apollo Pharmacy.
