Akasa Air’s onboard meal service, Café Akasa, has launched a ‘Diwali Special Meal’ in celebration of the Diwali. The meal will be available throughout November 2023 across the Akasa Air network and can be pre-booked on the airline’s website or mobile app.
The special offering aims to add festivity and provide a unique flying experience for passengers during the festive season. Passengers can enjoy traditional Indian delicacies like Matar ke Chole and Moong Dal Kachori, along with a fusion dessert called Motichoor Ladoo Pudding.
Since its launch in August 2022, Akasa Air has introduced curated meal options inspired by regional specialties associated with popular festivals and special occasions. The airline also offers a pre-selection of cakes on its regular menu for flyers to celebrate their loved one’s birthdays. Café Akasa’s refreshed menu offers over 50+ meal options, including healthy, fusion, festive, and gourmet meals, catering to a wide array of diets and palettes.
