In 2020, Eicher established the Uptime Centre in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, connecting its entire range of BS-VI trucks and buses. The company has invested significantly in next-gen service solutions, such as remote and predictive diagnostics, and now delivers over 98% uptime in all major transport segments across India.
