Earthquake in India-Bangladesh border

The epicenter was reported 130 kilometers southeast of Bahrampur in Murshidabad and 18 kilometers east of Beledanga.


Earthquake at seven in the morning. The epicenter was reported at 8:54 a.m. on the Indo-Bangladesh border. Several districts of South Bengal were shaken. Mild earthquake Nadia Murshidabad in some parts of Burdwan. According to the Meteorological Department, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.1. At 7:45 in the morning, its source was 10 km deep from the ground. Nadia is located near Murshidabad and Bangladesh border.
