Ongo, a digital payments brand, has partnered with India’s Patanjali Ayurved Limited to launch open-loop Cobranded Prepaid Cards, which can be accepted on any device on the Rupay network across India.
Patanajali-Ongo cobranded cards offer rewards for Patanjali product purchases and can be used for various payments like shopping, dining, fueling, and ecommerce. The card features NCMC for seamless use of transit services like Metro, Buses, Toll, and Parking across the country.
Enrollment can be done via the Ongo app or Patanjali stores. Ongo has a PPI license from RBI, allowing it to issue open-loop prepaid instruments like cards and wallets.
