Deepika Padukone joins Ranveer Singh as Abu Dhabi brand ambassador, spotlight Emirate’s tourism

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has been named the newest regional brand ambassador for Experience Abu Dhabi, joining her husband and Bollywood powerhouse Ranveer Singh, who has represented the destination since 2023. The duo becomes the first Bollywood couple to jointly endorse Abu Dhabi, highlighting the emirate’s culture, attractions, and diverse experiences for travellers worldwide.

Through the new campaign, Deepika will front brand films and initiatives showcasing Abu Dhabi’s family-friendly offerings, seasonal attractions, and adventure activities. From relaxing kayak trips in the mangroves to adrenaline-pumping adventures, the campaigns aim to present Abu Dhabi as a versatile destination for all types of travellers. Ranveer Singh remarked, “Abu Dhabi is the ultimate family hotspot… now I get to experience this journey with my wife.” Deepika added, “I cannot wait to travel, explore, and experience everything this beautiful city has to offer – from its vibrant traditions to the warmth of being welcomed like family.”

In Kolkata, the announcement is expected to boost interest in Abu Dhabi among Indian travellers, particularly those seeking luxury, cultural experiences, and family-oriented holidays. Travel agencies in the city are already reporting increased inquiries for flights and holiday packages to the emirate, leveraging the celebrity-driven campaign to attract tourists during festive seasons such as Diwali.
