Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of Kohima and Mokokchung have issued information for the forthcoming 72nd Republic Day celebration to all government employees, HoDs, invitees and others.
Mokokchung: DC Mokokchung, Limawabang Jamir has informed all government servants posted within Mokokchung town to attend the function positively.
According to DIPR report, all village council members and GBs union of Ungma, Mokokchung, Chuchuyimpang and Khensa villages, GBs of Mokokchung town and functionaries of all 18 wards and general public of Mokokchung town have been informed that the celebration would commence at the usual time of 8:40 a.m. at Imkongmeren Sports Complex Mokokchung.
However, in view of the situation owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for avoiding large gatherings, a maximum of five from each organisation has been invited to attend the celebration.
Further, keeping in mind the SOPs, all attendees have been asked to compulsorily wear face masks and follow COVID-19 related guidelines.
Kohima: The office of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima has informed all Head of Departments (HoDs), invitees and awardees to collect the invitation cards and car pass for the forthcoming 72th Republic Day celebration 2021 from the office of Deputy Commissioner, Kohima on January 23 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on January 25 during office hours.
