Experts have warned about “coffe badging”. Owl Labs CEO Frank Weishaupt said, “Coffe badging is when employees show up at office for enough time to have coffee, show their face and get a ‘badge swipe’, then go home to do rest of their work.” He said many employees are doing this after being called to office after COVID-19 pandemic. Actually this type of things is coming because of COVID-19 as it has changed many things.
Today everything is changing in very fast pace and people are adapting different things. As COVID-19 have come people started to work from home and stop the habit to go office. Presently people do not fear COVID -19 pandemic so much and start going to their office. In this many people make a habit of Coffee badging where they only make formality to go office but mostly work from home. In reality it is important to have a balance between home and office which we need to maintain so that we work better.
