Coca-Cola India is partnering with Anju Bobby Sports Foundation for three years to provide essential amenities and training equipment to Indian athletes. The Foundation, led by Olympic champion Anju Bobby George, is fostering the next generation of women athletes, including Shaili Singh, in line with Coca-Cola India’s #SheTheDifference campaign. The initiative aims to celebrate, uplift, and support women throughout the value chain, empowering women athletes to bring about positive change in sports and gender equality.
Coca-Cola India, through its Foundation, has made significant strides in bolstering the representation of Indian women athletes in the Olympics The company has transformed four shipping containers into a physiotherapy room, storage facility, pantry, and restroom, and facilitated top-tier gym equipment.
They also established a practice ground with rainwater collection tanks and helped with the academy’s lease rent for three years, ensuring a stable operational foundation.
