In order to reassure its customers about Quality & Quantity (Q & Q) of fuels being sold at IndianOil Petrol Pumps, IndianOil today launched the “Check & Fill” campaign at all Automated Petrol Pumps across the country.
Shri G. Ramesh, Chief General Manager & State Head, IndianOil AOD State Office formally launched the Q&Q Campaign on 9th September 2020 at M/s GRECS petrol pump at Noonmati, adjacent to Guwahati Refinery. Shri. T. Palanikumar, GM I/C (Retail Sales), IndianOil AOD State Office, Shri Mrinal Talukdar, CDRSM, Guwahati DO, IndianOil, other IndianOil officials, customers and RO staff were also present at the launch.
The campaign will be rolled out at 682 automated retail outlets across the 7 North Eastern states for 15 days starting today. During the campaign customers will be educated about the various Q & Q Checks available at any IndianOil Retail outlet. The major tests include the filter paper test and the density check for quality and the 5 – Litre can check for quantity. In the campaign, customers would be demonstrated or assisted to do the Q&Q checks by a designated Quality Assurance Attendant.
Even though IndianOil is confident of the quality and quantity of fuel dispensed in their Retail Outlets, they also want the customers to experience the same level of confidence by carrying out these tests to be reassured that the highest standards of Q&Q are maintained by IndianOil all across their network. Also, to help the customers, IndianOil has designated officers in the field who are available round the clock and whose name and mobile no. are displayed in the petrol pump.
After carrying out the Q&Q checks at a petrol pump, customers can share their feedback via SMS to 9594925848 in the format – RO/SAP CodeTran-ID<>H or U where H stands for Happy and U for unhappy. RO code can be obtained from each petrol pump. Customers carrying out the checks at the RO shall be offered Q&Q Bonus points for existing enrolled customers or complimentary enrolment into IndianOil’s XTRAREWARDS Loyalty program.
Shri Ramesh explained the modalities of the campaign and requested all IndianOil customers to propagate this message to their friends and family. He added that the campaign will not only assure customers of the Q&Q in a retail outlet but also presents a chance of winning XTRAREWARD loyalty points during the campaign.
