The CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) has chosen EKA Arena (formerly The Arena/TransStadia Arena) as the venue for the inaugural Ahmedabad race. The Ahmedabad race is scheduled to take place on the 11th of February 2024, promising an adrenaline-fueled spectacle of Supercross racing at this state-of-the-art multi-purpose stadium.
EKA Arena, a vibrant sporting venue in Ahmedabad, was completed and opened on October 7, 2016, through a public-private partnership between Gujarat’s government and SE TransStadia, led by Udit Sheth. EKA Arena, with a main football configuration of 15,000 seats, is known for its versatility, allowing it to be partitioned into an indoor arena for hosting various sporting events.
