BYJU’S ‘Education for All’ provides free learning programmes for underprivileged children in Assam

BYJU’S through its ‘Education for All’ initiative has positively impacted thousands of underprivileged children in Assam. The TEAch Me®Project launched in collaboration with VAHDAM® India, the premium source to consumer tea brand, and NGO partners – Child Rights and You (CRY), and Child In Need Institute (CINI) has empowered children of tea estate workers across plantations with free access to BYJU’S high-quality and tech-driven learning programs.

BYJU’S has issued free active streaming licenses and BYJU’S TV to be used in learning centres for group learning, where each TV is expected to serve a class size of approximately 50-60 children for each grade. Speaking about the initiative, Mansi Kasliwal, VP- Social Initiatives, BYJU’S said, “We strongly believe that education plays a defining role in growing economies and with the constant support, digital learning will become a reality for children across socio-economic strata in the country.”
