Despite normal diagnostic results, the woman’s age-related egg quality decline was identified as a key factor. Through Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and laser-assisted hatching, the Howrah team achieved a successful pregnancy, exemplifying expert-led interventions in fertility treatment.
