Bandhan Mutual Fund has launched the Bandhan Multi-Factor Fund, a new open-ended equity scheme designed to leverage a dynamic multi-factor quantitative model. The fund integrates four proven investment factors—Momentum, Value, Quality, and Low Volatility—into one diversified portfolio, aiming to enhance risk-adjusted returns while adapting to changing market conditions.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) opens on July 10 and closes on July 24, 2025. Investors can participate through registered distributors, online platforms, or directly via the Bandhan Mutual Fund website. Vishal Kapoor, CEO of Bandhan AMC, said, “Multi-factor investing has become a powerful strategy in today’s volatile markets. Each factor performs differently across market phases. This fund reduces dependency on any single factor, offering resilience and consistency.”
In Kolkata, the fund’s launch is expected to find strong traction among tech-savvy urban investors who increasingly favor systematic and data-driven equity strategies. Kolkata’s investor community, known for its cautious but educated approach, may find the structured risk framework and diversified exposure of this fund appealing as an alternative to traditional schemes. The fund portfolio will draw from the top 250 large and mid-cap companies, selecting 50–65 stocks through a stringent scoring and risk management process.
