A top court in Pakistan on Friday suspended thenon-bailable arrest leave issued against ousted high minister Imran Khan in a case of hate speech against state institutions after his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) party filed a solicitation against the move. Thenon-bailable arrest clearances were issued against Khan on Thursday on behalf of a citizen for” spreading hate” against state institutions and their services following his recent speech.
Khan’s team filed a petition in the Balochistan High Court (BHC) against the order of the judicial trial in Quetta, prompting it to cancel the leave of arrest and quash the first information report (FIR) filed against him at a police station in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan.
