Bajaj Allianz Introduces Privé: Setting a New Standard in Insurance Excellence

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has launched Privé, an exclusive customer experience program that offers unmatched customer service excellence. The program aims to cater to a special segment of customers who require insurance solutions with enhanced coverage limits. Privé goes beyond traditional insurance offerings, providing customers with access to an array of exclusive and prioritized insurance services, ensuring their requirements are met with precision. Privé is a unique customer experience program designed for specific policyholders, offering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Customers can join Privé by selecting eligible products under Health, Motor, or Home, meeting certain eligibility criteria.

Privé, being a unique first-of-its-kind program, was launched in Pune. Mr. Sanjiv Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director, Bajaj Finserv Ltd., graced the event. At the launch event, renowned Indian music composer duo Vishal Shekar enthralled the attendees with an electrifying musical performance. Fashion designer Rocky S also added glamour to the event by showcasing his unique collection. A few select partners and employees also graced the ramp.
