India Records 11,692 Fresh COVID-19 Cases

India recorded 11,692 new coronavirus cases, while active cases rose to 66,170, according to union health ministry data updated on Friday. The death toll rose to 5,31,258 with 28 deaths including nine recoveries in Kerala, data updated at 8 am said.
