RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das on 12 of February 2024(Monday) said there will be no review of the restrictions imposed on Paytm Payments Bank (PPB) for regulatory violations, as the decision was taken in the best interest of customers. The Governor further said that the frequently asked questions (FAQs) on PPB will be issued later during the week to answer customer issues related to FASTags, wallet, and depositors. On January 31, the RBI imposed restrictions on PPB citing 'persistent non-compliance and continued material supervisory concerns'. A man belonging to Hyderabad got a live worm crawling in a bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate which he bought from a metro station in the city. Robin Zaccheus, took to X (formerly Twitter) to post a video along with the attached  bill of the chocolate for which he had paid Rs 45 for, from Ratnadeep Retail store in Ameerpet metro station. Mukesh Ambani led Reliance Industries Ltd's subsidiary Reliance Consumer Products Ltd has taken over the ownership of Ravalgaon Sugar Farm's iconic candy brands at a deal of Rs 27-crore.  Ravalgaon Sugar Farm, which owns brands such as Choco Cream , Coffee Break, Paan Pasand, Tutty Fruity, Mango Mood and Supreme, has sold its trademarks, recipes, all intellectual property rights to Reliance Consumer, according to a regulatory filing on Friday.
