GUWAHATI: The Indo-China border standoff has pushed the Ram Mandir Temple Trust to put its plan to begin construction of the temple in Ayodhya on hold.The trust issued an official notice calling the situation 'serious' and that defending the country is what is of utmost importance right now. The decision came after the violent face off between India and China at the Galwan Valley in Ladakh.The Ram Mandir Trust has also paid tributes to the soldier while various Hindu organizations staged protests against China in Ayodhya.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals on Saturday said it has launched antiviral drug Favipiravir, under the brand name FabiFlu, for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate COVID-19.The Mumbai-based drug firm had on Friday received manufacturing and marketing approval from the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI). Glenmark launches Covid-19 drug

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd said on Friday it had received an approval from India's drugs regulator to make and sell oral antiviral drug favipiravir for treating mild-to-moderate COVID-19 patients in the country.
