A new Zonal Disaster Management Resource Centre has been opened recently at NFR HQ, Maligaon. This new centre was inaugurated by GM/NFR Shri Sanjive Roy in presence of Shri Radhey Raman, Addl General Manager/ NFR, representatives from 1st Battalion NDRF, Principal Chief Safety Officer/NFR apart from other senior officials of HQ. Indian Railways registers more than 10% jump in freight loading compared to last year for same corresponding period
