West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee blocked Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Twitter. "I have been forced to block Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Twitter. Everyday he was issuing tweets targeting and threatening govt officials as if we're his bonded labourers", Mamata  told reporters. One person died of coronavirus in Ladakh, while 227 fresh cases pushed the overall virus tally in the Union Territory to 25,763.The new death was reported from Leh district.A total of 1,144 people were tested for COVID-19 in the twin districts and 227 of them returned positive. North Central Railways has completed its Mathura-Palwal fourth line project, sanctioned by the Railway Board in 2015-16.
