One Tripura man held in Assam

On Thursday, Guwahati Police seized 320 kg Cannabis from a truck. Along with the cannabis, police arrested one person connected with the smuggling. The victim got arrested by the police is identified as Thongiya Mog from Tripura. On Thursday, a special team of Guwahati city police led by joint Commissioner Partha Mahanta smashed the truckload of cannabis at Khanapara area of Guwahati. 320 kg cannabis was seized, arresting one person. Rhino found, cheers to wildlife

On Wednesday, forest officials said that one-horned rhino was spotted in the area of Pava Reserve Forest in Lakhimpur district of Assam.
