On Sunday, 46 members of tribal militants laid down their arms after signing a peace deal with the government in Assam's Sonitpur district. The All Adivasi National Liberation Army (AANLA), formed in 2006, claims to fight for the rights of the tribal culture of plantation workers in Assam.
