Agriculture and Assam Accord Implementation Minister, Atul Bora receives death threat on social media. To reports, CID investigation is underway. Director-General of Police GP Singh on post said, "Reference threat to Hon Minister Sri Atul Bora on a Facebook post, Assam CID has been directed to register a criminal case and take lawful action.” According to the sources, on a facebook page of local news portal, Bora was threatened to be killed. A man named Pranash Sandhilya made the comment, claiming he is part of the ULFA.
