Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has recently announced about partnering with Nagaland for the upcoming Horn Bill festival. A workshop was held under the Indo-Pacific Parks and Biodiversity Partnership for three days from where France and South Africa visited the state, Assam.
