Police arrest man for beheading tea plucker in Assam

A man from Tinsukia district, Assam beheads a woman tea plucker, after the crime the man tried to flee but later surrendered in front of the police. As per investigation the intension of the crime is not yet clear. The identified man is known as Dipak Boraik, who suddenly appeared wielding a machete and beheaded the woman tea plucker who was identified as Bobita Bhuiyan.
