Manipur witnessed immense violence for months in the state; the Supreme Court has finally directed to take charge for Special Investigation Teams (SITs) for the violence in the state, Manipur. Police arrest man for beheading tea plucker in Assam

A man from Tinsukia district, Assam beheads a woman tea plucker, after the crime the man tried to flee but later surrendered in front of the police.
