Anwesha Roychowdhury gets a chance to work with SVF Entertainment

The East of India boasts a rich cultural heritage, producing some of the most talented authors, poets, filmmakers, and actors that this country has seen. Hoping to live up to the benchmark of the East is Anwesha Roychowdhury from Agartala.
Anwesha always wanted to work in the film industry. So, she soon found herself making the brave decision to take a risk and change her career from engineering to acting. She was able to secure a role in a music video and model for a saree advertisement. In 2019, she participated in Miss Tripura and was bestowed with the title of ‘Smile of Tripura’. After a friend told her about the Josh app, Anwesha decided to share her talent and passion with India on Josh.

After joining Josh, Anwesha then had the opportunity to engage in collaborations with popular brands such as Amazon and Flipkart. Anwesha now has over 600K fans and 2.7 million hearts on Josh. Josh’s partnership with SVF Entertainment, Eastern India’s pioneer entertainment conglomerate, to launch Josh Bangla couldn’t have come for a better time for Anwesha. The #JoshETumioSuperStar challenge was where Anwesha realized her dream.
