Kaura comes from CRISIL Ltd, where he was responsible for Talent Strategy, Performance and Rewards, Learning and Development, Culture Transformation, and overall organizational transformation efforts. His appointment aims to accelerate change at Kotak. Kotak has made global hirings in the past year to focus on key business priorities like technology, customer experience, and product.
Anupam, with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in banking and finance companies, specializes in strategic HR leadership, business partnering, compensation management, boards, and HR consulting, focusing on driving change agendas and transformative initiatives. Anupam, a key HR executive at CRISIL Ltd., has been instrumental in the organization’s team rejuvenation and digital transformation. Anupam has also held roles at IDFC Bank, Citi, AXA, and PWC, where he managed diverse functions and led significant initiatives.
