There is a possibility of snowfall in Jammu-Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh this week, due to which there will be a further drop in temperature in Delhi and surrounding areas, but there will be relief from the fog.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of dense fog in Delhi today. Wednesday means today the effect of the cold is going to remain. Cold wave conditions were recorded for five days this month, with the lowest minimum temperature of 1.9 degrees Celsius on January 8, which was the second-lowest minimum temperature in January in 15 years. The minimum temperature was recorded at 3.8 degrees Celsius on Monday, 2.2 degree Celsius on Saturday, 4 degree Celsius on Friday, and 3 degrees Celsius on Thursday.
