Saroj Khan, Bollywood’s ‘masterji’, dies of cardiac arrest at 71 . She died at a Mumbai hospital early on Thursday night. The Bollywood choreographer had complained of breathing difficulties and has been in the hospital since June 17. She was admitted to Mumbai’s Guru Nanak Hospital last month after she complained of trouble in breathing. Fondly called ‘Masterji’ by stars whom she choreographed, Saroj directed over 2000 songs in her long and storied career. Her most famous collaborations were with actors Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi. Saroj Khan was in the hospital since June 17 after she complained of breathing difficulties. She had tested negative for the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).Woke up to the sad news that legendary choreographer #SarojKhan ji is no more. She made dance look easy almost like anybody can dance, a huge loss for the industry.
