After 12 crore rupees bridge collapses in Bihar 3 engineers suspended

An assistant engineer and two junior engineers of Bihar’s Rural Works Department were suspended after a bridge collapsed in Araria district even before its inauguration. An FIR was also filed against contractor Sirajur Rahman. The 183 meter long bridge, connecting Sikti and Kursakanta blocks, was being built over river Bakra for around 12 crore rupees. It had not opened for traffic yet. This is actually very sad news and people should take it very seriously.

Today we need very good infrastructure for our country so that people get a good life. In fact this type of case actually make people sad as after spending so much money this type of mistake is happening. Actually we need to take these things very strictly and expect that government will rectify this mistake to give us good infrastructure with these resources. In reality this is a huge mistake and we should take it seriously so that construction in future done very safely.
