India and Greece have agreed to enhance mutual communication. Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who is visiting India, held a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. After the meeting, Modi said that the first and foremost goal of both countries is to fight terrorism. Apart from this,
there was a detailed discussion about increasing the cooperation of both sides in this area.A statement issued by Modi after the meeting between the two prime ministers said that several regional and international issues were discussed with Mitsotakis.
India’s Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said that the two countries have agreed to build the India-West Asia-Europe Economic Corridor and encourage the private sector. The Prime Minister of Greece referred to India as the main pillar of security and stability in South Asia.
