The Assam state edition of PNB MetLife Junior Badminton Championship tournament has concluded at Kanaklata Indoor Stadium, Guwahati and the closing ceremony applauded the rise of 10 Badminton champions across 5 categories. Over 625 skilled shuttlers from across Guwahati impressed the audience with their performance during the 6th edition of PNB MetLife Junior Badminton Championship 2022.
In the Boys Singles U-17 category, N Yohenba Singh from Guwahati defeated Arsismaan Rajkhowa from Guwahati with score 21-24 13-22 .In Girls Singles U-17 category, Fariha Saba Meraj from Guwahati defeated Tanzim Ahmed from Guwahati with score 21-21 17-16.
The next leg of this year’s championship moves New Delhi , and will run from 9th – 12th October 2022.
