The program is designed to help establish a link between women on maternity leave and the workplace, keeping them informed and updated on corporate developments and team updates, so that they do not feel isolated from their work lives.In addition, new mothers who request psychological support are also provided with professional help.
The Buddy Program is part of [24]7.ai’s efforts to create an inclusive workplace for all employees. It provides baby allowances, baby showers, special cabs, moms-to-be badges, Gift of Time, Adoption support policy, and other mom-friendly policies. Baby allowances are provided to employees welcoming a new child, the company hosts ‘baby showers’, special cabs are provided, moms-to-be badges are given, Gift of Time is a first-of-its-kind initiative, and Adoption support policy provides maternity leave and baby allowance to parents who choose to adopt.
The Buddy will act as a point of contact between the new mother and the supervisor.
