Former Director on TCS board Phiroz Vandrevala has passed away at the age of 70. He joined TCS in 1982 and was instrumental in taking the company public in 2004. Actually apart from his work at TCS, he was also a former Chairman of NASSCOM. About him NASSCOM said that he was a remarkable professional and an extraordinary human being, he will be deeply missed. This is actually very sad news as talented and experienced people like Phiroz Vandrevala has passed away.
