The AAGL Program hosted “Assam Agri Startup Connect” on 9th June 2023 in Delhi, which served as a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs from Assam to showcase their businesses and present their ideas to a distinguished panel of evaluators. The primary objectives were to secure investments, establish valuable partnerships, and gain recognition within the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first cohort of 25 startups saw a 20% increase in turnover and INR 8.26 crore in finance, while the second cohort saw a surge in women-led startups, rising from 32% to 45%. The program has expanded its reach to 12 districts, and 9 enterprises from Cohort 2.0 will attend the Assam Agri Startup Connect event in Delhi.
