According to the sources, the victim tortured allegedly for involvement in a theft case, he broke into the house without permission. Later after being accused, he was tormented having his head tonsured, having someone else urinate on him, and having both of his hands bound with rope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hailakandi Superintendent of Police has already taken the people who were involved in torturing the kid into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
