]]>Ingredients: Chicken meat, sour curd, mustard oil, green chilli paste, whole green chillies (as much as you want), garlic paste, mustard paste (you can beat it in a mixer or mix it into a paste), salt, turmeric powder. , cumin powder, sugar (as per taste)

Then cook for five minutes with salt, cumin powder, sugar, whole pepper. When dry, add some water. Hot water makes cooking better. Add mustard batter towards the end of cooking. ]]>According to a Bloomberg report, Alibaba’s layoffs are set to affect employees in the tech giant’s cloud division. These layoffs, if planned, will affect 7 percent of Alibaba’s total workforce.
The report added that Alibaba’s layoff move forms part of a comprehensive restructuring strategy designed to position divisions for faster growth. The idea is to aim for an independent spinoff of categories, which could eventually become an initial public offering (IPO).
While Alibaba’s layoffs affect about 7 percent of employees, many will leave without jobs. According to the report, the company has reportedly started informing and communicating with employees about the layoffs.
However, Alibaba’s layoffs lead to a scenario where the company is either giving people the option of accepting a separation package or transferring to another department. But even the latter is only being given to a few.
With the Alibaba layoffs, the company plans to streamline its cloud services business as the company looks to establish it as a standalone entity in the near future. However, it must be noted that the exact number of employees affected by these layoffs is not yet known.
]]>The central bank has advised the public to deposit banknotes of Rs 2,000, which were introduced six years ago after withdrawing Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes during the demonetization exercise, to be exchanged in their bank accounts and/or banknotes of other denominations at another bank sector.
Why has the RBI withdrawn Rs 2000 notes?
The Rs 2000 note was introduced in November 2016 under Section 24(1) of the RBI Act, 1934, with the aim of meeting the currency requirement of the economy quickly after withdrawing the legal tender status of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes. As soon as that purpose was met and notes of other denominations were available in sufficient quantities, the printing of Rs 2,000 notes stopped in 2018-19.
The RBI had issued most of the Rs 2,000 notes before March 2017; These notes are now at the end of their estimated lifespan of 4-5 years. These values are no longer commonly used for transactions; Also, there is enough stock of notes of other values to meet the currency requirements.
“In view of the above, and in line with the ‘Clean Note Policy’ of the Reserve Bank of India, it has been decided to withdraw Rs 2,000 notes from circulation,” the RBI said.
